How We Do It
Our Kombucha begins with steeped, organic black and green tea and organic sugar. Once brewed, the tea is combined with an organic symbiotic culture (SCOBY) and then ferments until ready. After, we add fresh, organic whole fruit and continues to ferment. This process happens with the finest, organic fruits and herbs available, under highly controlled conditions of light, temperature, and air. This combination allows us to produce the best Kombucha available!
